It’s important to recognise that you are completely allowed to put yourself first. What is it that you want to achieve? Are you truly doing it to make yourself happy? Don’t forget to really look at what things might not be adding value to your life: you are allowed to change that! Essentially, don’t be afraid to do more of what makes you happy.Think bigger… no, BIGGER THAN THAT!! – LucyDiane’s advice: Grab opportunitiesMake the most of opportunities that present themselves, don’t ponder them too long, and don’t worry about the what if’s.Kirsty’s advice: Practice YogaPractice yoga for at least 15 minutes each day. It will bring positive benefits to all areas of your life, and help you to keep focused, energised and motivated. *Just need to put that into practice myself, but 3 days out of 4 so far this week isn’t too bad! If your passionate about your work you won’t have worked a day in your life 😊.
